The Company announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 1, 2022 decided to make changes to its Representative Directors. This change will be officially decided at a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held after the 17th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2022.

• 1. Reason for the change

  With the inauguration of the new management structure after the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2022, Mr. Taichiro Motoe, currently Chairman of the Board and Representative Director, will be appointed President and Representative Director, thereby shifting to a more flexible management structure.

  Mr. Yosuke Uchida, currently President and Representative Director, will move to the position of Chairman of the Board of Director.
