The Company operates in four segments: mining, health services, logistics and other. The mining segment is engaged in exploration, nickel and gold mining operations. The health services segment is engaged in the business of offering medical and clinical diagnostic examinations and healthcare services in pre-employment. The logistics segment is engaged in logistics services for the supply-chain requirements of various industries. The other segments are comprised of aggregated operating segments of the Company who are engaged in research, development, real estate and water projects. The Company’s mining operations include Acupan Gold Project, Irisan Lime Project, Benguet Antamok Gold Operation, and Sta. Cruz Nickel Project.
