Bentley Systems, Incorporated (NasdaqGS:BSY) acquired ADINA R&D, Inc. on April 7, 2022. Founder of ADINA, K.J. Bathe will remain as a technical advisor. Eric Siegel, Edward Lemanowicz, Elizabeth Guidi, Thomas Rayski, David Jones, Ian Downes and John Ix of Dechert LLP acted as legal advisors to Bentley Systems, Incorporated.
