Chairman and CEO Warren Buffett earlier Monday announced plans to donate an additional $1.14 billion of the company's stock to four charities. Berkshire Hathaway said 1,600 of Buffett's Class A shares would be converted to 2.4 million B shares so that they may be used for the donations. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva. (susan.solan@wsj.com)
