Beruwala Resorts PLC reported that Mr. Albert Rasakantha Rasiah has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of company with effect from April 16, 2013. Mr. A R Rasiah currently serves on some of the companies of E B Creasy Group, Ceylon Cold Stores PLC, Nations Trust Bank PLC and MTD Walkers PLC. He is a former (retired) Finance Director of Nestle (Lanka) PLC.
Mr. Rasiah is also a Management Consultant for Ceylon Pencil Company.
