HANGZHOU, China (AP) _ Best Inc. (BEST) on Wednesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $95.7 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Hangzhou, China-based company said it had a loss of 25 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 19 cents per share.

The logistics company posted revenue of $1.42 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $310.4 million, or 80 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $4.6 billion.

Best expects full-year revenue in the range of $5.21 billion to $5.52 billion.

In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $2.34. A year ago, they were trading at $5.04.
