IN BRIEF: Best of the Best to finalise Globe contract by end of 2022

Best of the Best PLC - London-based operator of weekly online raffle competitions - Says it has traded in line with market expectations in the first six months of its current financial year ending April 30, 2023.

In September, Best of the Best signed a non-binding letter of intent with Globe Invest Ltd. The duo said they will enter into licensing and distribution agreement, as well as marketing and collaboration pact. Under the agreement, Best of the Best will exclusively license to Globe its business model, concept and related services to non-UK territories.

On Wednesday, Best of the Best notes that subsequent strategic investment, information sharing and negotiations are underway regarding the agreement. It expect to finalise the agreements with Globe by the end of the year.

The company plans to release its interim results for the six months ended October 31 in late January, 2023.

Best of the Best Plc is a United Kingdom-based company, which is engaged in operating weekly competitions to win luxury cars and other prizes online. The Company's competitions are Weekly Dream Car and Midweek Lifestyle Competitions. Both competitions offer the opportunity to win brand new cars, with the former operating via Spot the Ball and the latter via a suitably skill-based question. The winner is selected at random from all correct entries at the end of the competition.
