The Board of Directors ("Board") of Best World International Limited refers to the Company's Annual Report in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Annual Report 2018") which was uploaded on the SGXNET on 7 June 2020 and wishes to inform the Shareholders of the following:

Report on Corporate Governance

The last paragraph of the information appearing under the heading of "Interested Person Transactions Policy" on pages 54 and 55 of the Annual Report 2018 in respect of the disclosure pursuant to Rule 1207(17) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual has been replaced by the following paragraph:
