Bestway Global Holding Inc. Announces the Retirement of Yao Zhixian as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Members of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

Bestway Global Holding Inc. at its AGM held on May 28, 2021 announced that Mr. Yao Zhixian was not re-elected at the AGM and thus has retired as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of the remuneration committee and members of the audit committee and nomination committee of the Board with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
