QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL UPDATE

This announcement is published on a voluntary basis by the board of directors (the "Board") of Bestway Global Holding Inc. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to provide an operational update on the business performance of the Group. The Company intends to publish updates of selected operational data for each quarter of its sales year ending on April 30.

SALES FOR THE FIRST QUARTER FOR THE PERIOD FROM MAY 1, 2020 TO APRIL 30, 2021 (THE "2021 SALES YEAR Q1")

During the 2021 Sales Year Q1 (for the period from May 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020), the Group's total sales order (in terms of the sales value), which mainly comprised products listed in the 2021 Season Product Catalogue, increased by approximately 5% compared to the corresponding period (a period from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2019) of the preceding sales year.

The sales performance data do not constitute, represent or indicate the full picture of the Group's revenue or financial performance directly. This announcement is based on the Board's preliminary review of the draft unaudited operational data of the Group and the information currently available to the Board, and it is not based on any figures and information which have been audited or reviewed by the Group's auditors.
