The non-cannabis beverage segment consists of alkaline and mineralized beverages, which include the development and manufacturing of TRACE brand and other beverages and supplements. The cannabis beverage segment is engaged in the development and/or production of cannabinoid beverages and supplements for both in-house brands and white-label customers. The eCommerce segment includes direct-to-customer sales of natural health products, including nutraceutical and hemp-based cannabidiol (CBD) products. It owns a pristine alkaline spring water aquifer and has an approximately 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Osoyoos, British Columbia. The Company has various distribution network that includes traditional and regulated retail distribution, and online marketing.
