Following the Company's immediate reports from September 15, 2020 and December 20, 2020 regarding the Company's entering into an agreement for the sale of all its holdings in the subsidiary Walla! Communications Ltd. ('Walla') and the receipt of the regulatory approvals for the sale, a supplementary immediate report is hereby provided that on December 27, 2020 the sale transaction was completed and as of that date Walla is no longer a subsidiary of the Company.
