Supplementary Immediate Report - Separation between the Broadband Infrastructure Service and Internet Access Service (ISP) - Notice of a Shelf Agreement and Commencement of the Calibration Period in the Company

Further to the Company's supplementary immediate report dated June 21, 2021 concerning the Minister of Communications' decision in the hearing regarding the separation between the broadband infrastructure service and the Internet access service (ISP), and further to the description of the matter in Section 1.7.2.2 of the Description of the Corporation's Business chapter in the Company's 2020 periodic report and a revision of that section in the Company's quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2021, a supplementary immediate report is hereby issued.

On September 19, 2021 the Company received the decision of the Director General of the Ministry of Communications, according to which the agreement regulating the key performance indicators (KPIs) provided by the Company shall constitute a "shelf offer", according to the Minister's decision, and shall apply to anyone seeking access, without prejudice.

Accordingly, on September 20, 2021, the "calibration period" will commence in accordance with the Minister's decision, and end on December 20, 2021; during this period, the mechanism for transferring the data required to examine compliance with the agreement will be applied. It should be noted that, in accordance with the Minister's decision and as stated in the Company's immediate report dated June 21, 2021, at the end of a 3-month preparation period, i.e., on March 20, 2022, the ban on offering ISP service to private customers will be lifted (unless any of the periods are extended).
