BG Container Glass Public Company Limited at it's AGM held on Aril 9th 2021, approved that the interim dividend payout be acknowledged and the appropriation of profit from operating results ended 31 December 2020 for legal capital reserve amounted to THB 2,405,000, total of legal capital reserves for the year 2020 amounted to THB 25,720,000. The interim dividend payout at the rate of THB 0.12 per share for 694,444,000 ordinary shares, totaling THB 83,333,280. In this regard, the date to record the names of the shareholders who are entitled to the dividend payment (Record Date) is determined on 22 April 2021 and the date of the dividend payment is determined within 7 May 2021, be unanimously approved.
