CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of BH Global Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Chan Soek Wei has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company in place of Ms See Kai Li with effect from 28 July 2021.
Consequent upon the aforesaid change, the Joint Company Secretaries of the Company are as follows:-
- Ms Pan Mi Keay; and
- Ms Chan Soek Wei.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to place its record of appreciation to Ms See Kai Li for her past services during her term of office and extend its best wishes to Ms See Kai Li in her future endeavours.
