Bharti Airtel has partnered with India's Nodwin Gaming to expand its esports business, the two companies said Thursday.

The two companies, through the partnership, plans to launch an annual esports tour, which will include tournaments for various game titles, a national ranking and awarding system for Indian esports players, as well as a celebration for the winners.

Bharti Airtel's digital platforms will broadcast the tour, the companies said.

Nodwin Gaming, a subsidiary of mobile-gaming company Nazara Technologies, primarily produces gaming content and organizes esports events. It has operations in India, the Middle East and South Africa.

The companies didn't disclose financial details of the deal.
