Bharti Hexacom Limited informed that Mr. Rajesh Chhatani, Circle Head - Commercial, Rajasthan, will be taking another role within the Group and accordingly will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective June 01, 2025. Furthermore, it was announced that Mr. Vinayak Malpani will be succeeding him and has been appointed as Circle Head - Commercial, Rajasthan, designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, also effective June 01, 2025. Vinayak is a qualified Chartered Accountant who joined the Airtel Group in 2019 in Airtel Business and has since undertaken various roles partnering with the commercial, global, and domestic teams. He possesses cross-industry experience, having worked with organizations like Rivigo and Goldman Sachs.
In his current role, he has been instrumental in driving several initiatives for cost optimization and revenue extraction, and he has collaborated with cross-functional teams for the evaluation and launch of new digital products as well.
