  1. For the period ended 30 June 2022, approximately S$0.4 million (30 June 2021: S$0.6 million) of the amount available for distribution has been retained for operational expenses and working capital requirements of the REIT.
  2. The distribution per unit relates to the distributions in respect of the relevant financial period.
    The distribution relating to 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 will be paid within 90 days from the end of the distribution period, in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed.
