The inevitable consequence of the Group financial stress was: the initiation by some trade partners of actions before the court aimed at collecting their receivables, for a total of approximately 70,110 thousand euro, including: 47,725 thousand euro which has already been settled, 14,425 thousand euro currently being settled and finally 7,960 thousand euro which was challenged.

Pursuant to article 154-bis of the Italian Consolidated Finance Act., the manager responsible for drafting the corporate documents, Alessandra De Andreis, declares that the disclosure contained in this press release corresponds to the documentary results, books and accounting entries.

Biancamano is the main Italian private operator in Waste Management sector, leader in the Urban Cleaning integrated Services . The Group, through its subsidiary company Aimeri Ambiente, is specialized in planning, managing and controlling the complete cycle of the environmental operating services: from the collection and transportation of Municipal Waste, to the separate collection, to the streets sweeping and washing, and to the realization and management of the ecological platforms, on behalf of local public organizations and private operators.
