Biancamano SpA is an Italy-based holding company engaged in the waste management services. The Company operates through its subsidiary Aimeri Ambiente Srl. Through Aimeri Ambiente Srl, it is engaged in the planning, management and control of the entire cycle of environmental services. This includes planning of the service throughout the country, collection of separated and unseparated waste, transportation of waste, road cleaning, and maintenance of green areas, snowplough services, as well as information and awareness campaigns targeted at the public. In additionaly, through Aimeri Ambiente Srl, it processes waste from electric and electronic equipment (WEEE). The Company manages waste management in the municipality of Florence, Ferrara, Belluno and Mondovi. The major shareholder of the Company is Biancamano Luxembourg SA. In June 2014, it established Biancamano Utilities Srl to manage the Group's activities abroad.
