BIC: Capital Decrease and Cancellation of Shares

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL AND CANCELLATION OF SHARES

Clichy, France – 10 December 2021 - During its meeting held on 09 December 2021, the Board of Directors of SOCIETE BIC decided, as authorized by the Shareholders, to proceed to a capital decrease through the cancellation of 717,928 treasury shares effective 21 December 2021.

Upon completion of these transactions, the share capital of SOCIETE BIC amounts to 170,669,688.78 euros divided into 44,677,929 shares of 3.82 euros each, fully paid-up.
