Pesaro, 5 June 2020 - Biesse S.p.A. is informing that in accordance of what scheduled by the its Articles of Association and the art. 127-quinquies of the D. LGS 58/1998 nr. 13,970,500. Biesse ordinary shares held by the Bi.Fin S.r.L. shareholder, beeing spent the last 18 May 2020 a continuous period of 24 (twenty-four) months since the enrollment in the list as scheduled by the second comma of the above mentioned rule, have matured the increased vote right, given therefore to the above mentioned shareholder nr. 2 (two) votes for any nr. 13,970,500. ordinary shares within the Company Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings.
