Big Banc Split Corp. (the Fund) is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide preferred shares holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions and to return the original issue price to holders on the maturity date, and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly non-cumulative cash distributions. The Fund focuses on investing equally weighted basis in a portfolio of equity securities of Canadian banks, such as Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, The Bank of Nova Scotia and The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
