Big Banc Split Corp. (the Fund) is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Fund's investment objectives for the preferred shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per preferred share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per preferred share) until the scheduled maturity date and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the maturity date. Its investment objectives for the Class A shares are to provide their holders with regular monthly non-cumulative cash distributions initially in the amount of $0.067 per Class A share representing a yield on the issue price of the Class A shares of 8.0% per annum and to provide holders with the opportunity for growth in the net asset value per Class A share. It invests on an approximately equally weighted basis in portfolio shares that includes publicly traded Canadian banks. Its investment manager is Purpose Investments Inc.
