On November 5, 2020, Bill.com Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

On November 3, 2020, David Chao advised the Board of Directors of the Company that he would resign as a Class II director of the Company, effective December 3, 2020. Mr. Chao's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
