BIM Birlesik Magazalar A.S. Announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TRY 14,028.499 million compared to TRY 10,245.446 million a year ago. Operating income was TRY 1,019.534 million compared to TRY 585.808 million a year ago. Net income was TRY 697.411 million compared to TRY 346.912 million a year ago. For the half year, sales was TRY 26,626.115 million compared to TRY 19,270.728 million a year ago. Operating income was TRY 1,700.640 million compared to TRY 997.373 million a year ago. Net income was TRY 1,127.822 million compared to TRY 562.296 million a year ago.
BIM Birlesik Magazalar AS is a Turkey-based company, which is engaged in the operation of retail stores. Through its retail shops in Turkey, the Company sells an assortment of approximately 600 items, including a number of private labels. The Company offers a range of consumer basic food items and consumer goods.
