The US Bankruptcy Court gave an order approving the sale of the substantially all the assets of Biora Therapeutics on February 27, 2025. The debtor has been authorized to sell its substantially all its assets to BT BidCo LLC for a purchase price of $30 million. The debtor did not receive any other competing bids for the purchase of its assets and therefore BT BidCo LLC emerged as the winning bidder.
The debtor is represented by Jonathan Levine and Lucas Barrett of McDermott Will and Emery LLP as its legal counsels and buyer is represented by Gregg Galardi, Ellen Wheeler of Ropes & Gray LLP as their legal counsels.
