Biosynex SA (ENXTPA:ALBIO) agreed to acquire a partial stake in Family Health Activities of Visiomed Group SA (ENXTPA:ALVMG) on December 4, 2019. The transaction was financed partly by recourse to debt and the balance from cash. With this acquisition, Biosynex's customer base should exceed 12,000 pharmacies in France.
Acquisition will take effect on December 31, 2019 in order to start integration of Visiomed group's family health business on January 1, 2020.
