December 2013 Quarterly update and Appendix 4C

Highlights

Continued focus on cash flow management

Continued strong sales of Probiotics products

Announced signing of Heads of Agreement on sale of HI 164

In the quarter ending 31 December 2013 the focus of management was on continued cash flow management through generating sales and minimising operating costs.

The quarter saw the continuation of strong sales from the probiotics business (PCC®), with revenue above expectation. This impacted positively on the company's working capital.

Your Board continues to evaluate projects that may be appropriate for the company. The company has also signed a non binding heads of agreement for the divestment of the company's Hi 164 project. Completion of the divestment is expected in Q1, 2014 when $158,000 is due to be received.
