On November 27, 2023, Jiaming Li tendered his resignation as the President of Bit Origin Ltd. (the ?Company?) and Lianfei Du tendered her resignation as the Executive Vice President of the Company, both effective on November 27, 2023. Mr. Li and Ms. Du will remain as advisors to the Company on an as-needed basis. Mr. Li?s and Ms. Du?s resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the Company?s operations, policies or procedures.
