At Blackbaud, we are devoted to powering an Ecosystem of Good® that builds a better world, and that includes creating a sustainable future. We recently announced that we achieved carbon neutrality across our operations and data centers for 2021-an exciting step in our sustainability journey. We are committed to continuing to support the environmental protection of our planet in several ways, including:

• Through our multi-year, six-figure donation to Project Drawdown in support of advancing climate solutions around the world
• By actively focusing on our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) program, which represents our commitment to governing our business ethically, contributing to causes and communities through corporate philanthropy, and pursuing sustainability
• Through our participation in the United Nations Global Compact Initiative-a voluntary leadership platform for the development, implementation, and disclosure of responsible business practices
• With the addition of EVERFI-helping customers connect their philanthropic goals to meaningful social impact opportunities

This year our employees are finding ways to sustain the Earth by participating in a number of activities, including viewing a virtual screening series about climate control from Project Drawdown, engaging in eco-friendly activities throughout the day like working in their gardens, going for walks, and enjoying nature, and we will also be sharing several sustainability resources for employees to take advantage of.
