Blackbird plc announced that Anne de Kerckhove has informed the Company that she is unable to continue as a director of the Company. Ms de Kerckhove sits on a number of listed and quoted company boards and has recently been informed by one of these companies that she has accumulated too many corporate governance "points" and is therefore "overboarded". As a result, Ms de Kerckhove has informed the Company that she will step down from the Company's board immediately following the conclusion of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held before the end of June 2025.
The Company will immediately commence the search for a new Chair.
