Blackmores Limited announced that Ms Anne Templeman-Jones has notified the Board of her decision to step down as Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Company announces that Wendy Stops will succeed Anne as Chair of Blackmores. Blackmores has successfully navigated through unprecedented challenges during that time, including the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, global supply chain disruption and volatile market conditions.

During this period, the Company has also made a number of strategic investments that have strengthened its operations, improved its quality of earnings and returned the Company to two consecutive years of growth. Wendy Stops was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 28 April 2021 and is currently Chair of the Company's Risk and Technology Committee and is a member of the People & Remuneration and Nominations Committees. Wendy is an experienced Non-Executive Director and is on the Board of Coles Group Limited and was previously a Non-Executive Director of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Altium Limited.

Wendy's extensive executive leadership and management skills in global information technology and operational, quality and risk management expertise, with senior executive leadership roles in Asia Pacific and globally have already added significant value to Blackmores.
