On April 19, 2021, Astranis Space Technologies Corp. closed the transaction. The company issued $30,821,725 in its final tranche bringing the total funding raised to $280,821,725. The transaction included participation from total 58 investors. The company issued all the amount pursuant to exemptions provided under Regulation D.
