BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund III, Inc. is a closed-end management investment company. The Fundâs investment objective is to provide stockholders with current income exempt from federal income taxes. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in long-term, investment grade municipal obligations exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the United States federal alternative minimum tax). The Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in municipal obligations with remaining maturities of one year or more at the time of investment. The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund invests in various sectors, such as transportation, state, utilities, health, education, tobacco, corporate and housing. The Fund's investment advisor is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.
