Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 25, 2022, Blackstone Inc. ("Blackstone") issued a press release announcing the intention of Blackstone Holdings Finance Co. L.L.C. (the "Issuer"), an indirect subsidiary of Blackstone, to offer euro-denominated senior notes guaranteed by Blackstone, Blackstone Holdings I L.P., Blackstone Holdings AI L.P., Blackstone Holdings II L.P., Blackstone Holdings III L.P. and Blackstone Holdings IV L.P.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
