Blackstone Resources AG is a Switzerland-based company that invests in natural resources and commodities assets. The Company develops mining projects that focus on battery metals, such as cobalt, manganese and molybdenum, among others, by holding strategic stakes in mining companies that explore and extract those, as well as gold, copper, silver and rare earth metals. The Company pursues ethical investments in politically secure countries. In addition, it has gold, silver, cobalt and manganese refineries, and conducts commodity trading activities. The Company operates through two segments: Exploration & evaluation assets (E&E), and Other - various investments. The Company holds E&E assets in Canada, Mongolia and Norway, among others. The segment Other includes equity interests in battery metal investments in Peru and a gold milling venture in Peru.
