Blackstone Resources appoints Marc Kruse as COO of Blackstone Technology Holding AG and responsible for expansion into USA

Blackstone Resources AG (SWX; symbol BLS, ISIN CH0460027110) is pleased to announce that Marc Kruse has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Blackstone Technology Holding AG, Baar, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackstone Resources AG). In addition to the organization of the operating processes, his tasks in the operational management include in particular the expansion of the company and support for customers in the USA.

Marc Kruse is a seasoned executive with more than 27 years of experience in diverse parts of the world in management, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, project management, service and sales. He has developed a keen sense for the nuances of cultural diversity along the way. "I look forward to using these skills to the best advantage of Blackstone Technology Holding as part of my commitment to the U.S.," says new COO Marc Kruse.

Marc Kruse serves as co-founder and member of the board of directors at Arrow Automation and Engineering, Inc. of Auburn Hills, Michigan as general manager of sales and business development. As founder of MK Consult, LLC, Greenville, South Carolina, he consults with partner companies in the U.S. and Germany.
