On February 10, 2021, Bloom Energy Corporation (the "Company") announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020 and issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The press release discloses certain non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation to the nearest comparable GAAP equivalent of these non-GAAP measures is contained in tabular form in Exhibit 99.1.
