BLS International Services Limited (NSEI:BLS) agreed to acquire 51% stake in SLW Media Private Limited for INR 8 million on August 30, 2024. A cash consideration of INR 8.02 million will be paid by BLS International Services Limited. As part of consideration, INR 8.02 million is paid towards common equity of SLW Media Private Limited.

The transaction has been approved by the board of BLS International Services Limited (NSEI:BLS).

For the period ending March 31, 2024, SLW Media Private Limited reported total revenue of INR 2.37 million.

The expected completion of the transaction is October 31, 2024.
