Blue Cap AG signed purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Neschen AG (DB:NSN).

Blue Cap AG (XTRA:B7E) signed purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Neschen AG (DB:NSN) on July 20, 2016. Blue Cap AG (XTRA:B7E) has assured continued existence of Neschen AG (DB:NSN). As part of the deal, the business operation to be acquired and continued by the newly created Neschen Coating GmbH.

Kai Tittgemeyer to be the Managing director of the new company. As of November 30, 2016 all deal conditions have been fulfilled. André Schröer and Christian Grandin of Livingstone Partners GmbH acted as financial advisor to Neschen AG.
