Blue Solutions, listed on the stock market since

October 30, 2013, consolidates the electric battery and supercapacitor activities developed by the Bolloré Group.

Diversifying from its longstanding business manufacturing

thin paper and ultra-thin plastic films, the Bolloré Group has become a producer of complete electrical components for capacitors,

to the extent that it now holds more than one third of global market share in this segment. On the strength of this expertise

and following twenty years of R&D, the Group has developed batteries and electricity storage solutions based on a unique technology,

the Lithium Metal Polymer (LMP®) battery, in addition to supercapacitors.

At a time when issues concerning sustainable development and

electricity storage have become major challenges for people, cities and governments, the Bolloré Group is building on this expertise

to develop solutions for the storage and smart management of electricity.

The Blue Solutions workforce currently includes more than

300 researchers, engineers and technicians who produce these advanced technology batteries at two production sites located in Brittany

and in Canada. Annual production capacity has now

reached 300 MWh, the equivalent of 10,000 30-kWh batteries.

These batteries are used in mobile (electric vehicles) and stationary

applications (electricity storage and solutions for individuals, businesses, local authorities, etc.), which are developed and sold by other

Group companies operating under Blue Applications. These companies have been enjoying fast growth across all continents since 2011.

Together, Blue Solutions and Blue Applications expect to be able

to leverage their unique position as an integrator offering both batteries and comprehensive solutions to meet the new requirements

associated with energy transition.

On every continent, 2015 was an eventful year for Blue Solutions. In 2015, its consolidated turnover was 121.9 million euros, compared to 97.1 million euros in 2014. This 26% increase was due to a greater number of LMP®battery deliveries in mobility applications (car-sharing, Bluebus and Bluetram) and growth in stationary applications. In total, 2,930 batteries were delivered by Blue Solutions during financial year 2015, compared to 2,396 for 2014.

Autolib', a car-sharing service for the Paris region whose fleet is 100% electric, has been a resounding success. As of the end of December 2015, 270,000 people have used the service since its launch four years ago. On average, they schedule 600,000 rentals a month. Between Autolib', Bluecub (Bordeaux) and Bluely (Lyon) combined, there are more than 4,400 Bluecar®vehicles (the Bolloré Group's electric vehicles) currently on the road and the Group is now the leading operator of electric charging points in France, with over 7,000 terminals.

These numbers in France have demonstrated the reliability and robustness of the LMP®batteries developed by Blue Solutions and have attracted the attention of other large cities. As a result, our car-sharing system was established in Indianapolis in the United States in 2015 (Blueindy) and in Turin (Bluetorino) in early 2016. In the second half of the financial year, a car-sharing service will also be launched in London. Other developments in the United States and Asia are currently under consideration.

An industrial cooperation agreement with Renault for the construction of Bluecar®vehicles at the Dieppe factory has been in place since June 2015. A strategic partnership agreement was also signed with the PSA Group for the construction and distribution of the Bluesummer, which was renamed the E-Mehari in 2016.

During that year, the Bluebus (a 6-meter electric bus) was enormously successful with many local communities and companies. At the end of 2015, its 12-meter version made its debut on the Champ- de-Mars alongside the buses of the RATP, which plans to purchase about twenty Bluebus vehicles in the near future.

As a key player in energy transition, Blue Solutions was an official COP21 partner, and, at the Le Bourget site, Bluebus and Bluecar®were the sole transportation providers for attendees of the 21stUnited Nations Climate Change Conference. The COP21 was also an opportunity for the Group to introduce the Bluetram, its new electric public transportation vehicle, on the Champs-Élysées. During this pilot experiment, members of the public have been able to ride the Bluetram for free since December 2015 between the place de l'Étoile and the place de la Concorde.

In stationary applications, since 2014, the Group has initiated full-scale tests in several countries in Africa, and in Cambodia and Martinique, which have since shown the magnitude of their potential.
