On April 22, 2020, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has determined to suspend the Company's regular quarterly cash dividends on its common stock citing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic . A copy of the press release announcing the suspension of the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporate herein by reference.
