		The exercise of the share rights has been satisfied by a transfer of existing ordinary shares which have already been
		quoted on ASX. The shares are held on the Non-executive Director's (NED) behalf by the trustee of the BlueScope Steel
		Employee Share Plan Trust until the expiry of the applicable 'restriction period' in respect of the shares. While the shares
		are held by the trustee, the NED will be unable to deal with them. The 'restriction period' will end on 10 September 2036,
		or the date the NED ceases to be a Director of the Company, if that occurs earlier.
