Adisseo Appointed Wang Hao as its Deputy General Manager

On July 31, while releasing its first half year results of 2020, Adisseo (SH: 600299) announced that Mr. Wang Hao, executive vice president and a management committee member of Adisseo Group overseeing Adisseo's business and operations in Greater China, was appointed as the deputy general manager of the listed company. This is Adisseo's another major move to fulfill its commitment to seek further development in China.

Mr. Wang Hao holds a master's degree in biochemistry and business administration. With over 20 years' working experience in the chemical industry, he has extensive knowledge and rich team management experience in R&D, technical service, sales, marketing and production. He once worked as deputy R&D manager of Unilever (China), technical manager, technical director, business director and vice president of Wacker Chemie (China). Prior to joining Adisseo, Wang Hao was vice chairman of Wacker Silicone AG (Shunde), president of Wacker Chemie (Zhangjiagang), and a member of global senior management team of Wacker Group.

Mr. Wang Hao joined Adisseo in April 2020. Despite the COVID-19 outbreak, he led the team to overcome difficulties, ensure production and supply and has facilitated the settlement of Calysseo's Feedkind® protein project in Chongqing. His fruitful achievements have been widely recognized.
