The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby submits the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank (the "OGM") held on 24 March 2021.
Shareholders:
1. BNP Paribas SA - 38,101,063 votes at the OGM, which represents 25.85% of the total number of votes and 43.58% of votes at the OGM;
2. BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV - 35,490,226 votes at the OGM, which represents 24.07% of the total number of votes and 40.59% of votes at the OGM;
3. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 6,700,000 votes at the OGM, which represents 4.54% of the total number of votes and 7.66% of votes at the OGM;
4. Rabobank International Holding B.V. - 5,613,875 votes at the OGM, which represents 3.81% of the total number of votes and 6.42% of votes at the OGM.
