BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited Announces Resignation of Shan Zengjian as A Non-Executive Director, Member of the Strategy and Risk Management Committee, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, Effective March 31, 2025

The board of directors of BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited announced that Mr. SHAN Zengjian has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2025 due to work reassignment. Upon his resignation, Mr. SHAN will automatically cease to be a member of the Strategy and Risk Management Committee, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board.
