Bodycote plc announced that Dominique Yates, currently Chief Financial Officer, has advised the Board of his intention to retire from the Company and the Board once a successor has been appointed and an orderly handover of duties has been completed. Dominique has been on the Board of Bodycote for over five years, having been appointed in November 2016, and will now pursue non-executive opportunities.
