On November 22, 2022, David A. Dohnalek, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of The Boeing Company (the "Company"), informed the Company of his decision to retire in early 2023. Mr. Dohnalek also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer during 2021 and was a named executive officer in the Company's 2022 proxy statement.
