Mining companies Boliden and Lundin Mining are making a major deal, with Boliden buying Lundin Mining's European mines. It is about Neves-Corvo in Portugal and Zinkgruvan in Sweden. The purchase price is USD 1.3 billion plus contingent considerations of up to USD 150 million.
